Homemade Facials & Facial Mask Recipes
Nothing is better for your skin than making your own simple homemade facials from the ingredients in your
kitchen. They are natural, good for your skin and will make it look and feel healthy. These masks also work to help fight wrinkles,
help fight irritated skin and they moisturize!
Anti-wrinkle mask
Beat 1 egg yolk into 2 Tbsp of whole milk. Gently wash face and apply. Leave on for five minutes,
rinse with warm water, and follow with your favorite moisturizer.
Remedy for oily, irritated, or broken-out skin
Ingredients: 2 tbsp oatmeal
4 tbsp plain yogurt
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp chopped parsley
1 tsp olve oil
Preparation: Mix all ingredients to form a paste. Massage into the skin
and allow it to sit for 5 minutes. Rinse off with warm water.
Moisturising
Moisturising morning and evening with a natural moisturiser hydrates, moisturises and protects the skin from daily pollutants.
For a moisturizing and nourishing mask, blend a mashed banana with white cosmetic clay and apply.
For normal skin, mix 1 cup yogurt, 1 tablespoon orange juice and 1 tablespoon lemon juice and apply it
on your face. Clean it off after 20 minutes.
For dry skin, use a mixture of cooked oatmeal and honey; it is a very good moisturize and cleansing agent.

Ingredients:
Flavorless Milk of Magnesia
Instructions: Apply a thin layer to the skin and leave it on for 20
minutes, then rinse.
Egg Facial Mask (Smooths and Moisturizes)
Ingredients: 1 egg
1/2 cup coconut oil
1 tbsp honey
Preparation:
Beat the egg in a small bowl. Add the coconut oil and honey slowly, beating until it's the consistency of mayonnaise. Spoon
mixture into a toilet paper roll, sitting upright in a small bowl. Set in the freezer overnight. To use, peel away the top of the cardboard
roll and smooth the frozen stick over your face. Leave it on for 5-10 minutes, then wash off with warm water. Keep the stick covered with
plastic wrap and freeze between uses.
Aging Skin Fighter
Ingredients:
2 teaspoons plain yogurt
1/2 teaspoon honey
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
3 capsules vitamin E (equivalent of 300 units)
Preparation: Combine yogurt, honey and lemon juice. Prick open the
vitamin E capsules and fold contents into the mix. Leave on skin for 15 minutes.
