How You Can Look Younger

8 Fast & Easy Things You Can Do Today

1. Use a gentle exfoliant two to four times a month.  Note the word gentle.  Don't scrub with harsh exfoliants.  This can scratch the skin and cause acne.

2. Use a sunscreen every day.  You can use it under your makeup. If you don't wear makeup, use a motisturizer that has a sunscreen and use it every day.

3. Minimize the look of wrinkles by applying highlighter to creases. This will reflect the light and counter the shadow. Concealers only make lines look more prominent.

4. Use a skin mask to tone and tighten your skin. Using a mask will also cleanse your pores, and condition your skin for a healthy looking glow.

5. Use an eyelash curler to make your eyes look more open, bright and alive.

6. Keep your eyebrows groomed, this helps minimize the look of droopy eyelids.  Having more skin showing at the brow bone helps open up your entire eye.

7. Don't use face powder, it can accentuate wrinkles on your face because it tends to collect in the creases.

8. Use a good moisturizer.  Moisturizing your skin can help plump the skin cells. Also make sure your moisturizer contains no mineral oil which tends to cause breakouts.
